Script Description
Builder Job, developed for FiveM roleplay servers, brings 12 different construction regions together in a single package, where players start from an empty lot and raise a real building with their crew.
Each region is an independent job with its own mechanics. Players set formwork, lay rebar, pour concrete with a pump, stand columns with a crane, close walls and put the roof on — or place pipes into trenches, dig with a loader, stack lumber and assemble panel façades on the other sites.
Every placement, every unit of progress and every payout is held server-side. Players outside the crew still see the piles, the carried loads and the machines moving, so the whole zone watches the building go up in real time.
Important Note: Builder Job is a large-scale premium system, not a lightweight job. It is built around long, multi-stage contracts and machine work that rewards coordination between players. Servers looking for quick, repeatable tasks should look at our Lite Jobs Pack instead.
Script Features
12 Independent Regions; each region is a separate job with its own mechanic, machines and crew size.
Three Machine Systems; a tower crane, a mobile crane with a 21-part boom on four joints, and a concrete pump with 26 hydraulics — all operated from a handheld remote on foot.
Server-Authoritative Design; every slot and payout is reserved through the server, with carry validation, distance checks, rate limits and slot locks.
Zone-Wide Visibility; players outside the crew still see the props, the carried loads and the machines in motion.
In-Game Site Builder; place new sites and their zones with an in-game tool and pick from 27 house designs, without editing the config.
Vehicle Rental System; per-spot stock, rent against a deposit, return the vehicle and settle damage on return.
Crew System and Reward Split; crews of up to 4 players, with the leader splitting the reward by percentage.
Connection Resilience; job state is persisted server-side, so a player who crashes or leaves rejoins their own slot exactly where they left off.
Per-Player Performance Settings; machines simplify by distance, and every visual layer is an independent switch in the player's own settings.
Admin Panel; live lobbies, daily and weekly payouts, per-region completion and abandon rates, player search and an event log.
Level, XP and Leaderboard; players earn experience and level up, with separate leaderboards for money and tasks.
Automatic Database Setup; no SQL file to import — tables are created on first start and updated on later versions automatically.
Config Validator; on boot, config errors are reported with their exact file and key instead of leaving a region silently dead.
12 Languages and 48 Rebindable Keys; complete translations and a full key binding menu.
250+ Custom Props, 5+ Custom Vehicles, Custom Maps; site equipment, machinery and purpose-built maps are included.
El Burro Heights; Ten-stage foundation build — formwork, rebar, pumped pour, columns, walls and roof.
Tower Crane — Main; Stone and wall slots set by tower crane.
Tower Crane — Site 2; A second tower crane site with its own layout.
Pipe Yard; 28-pipe placement with the vehicle crane.
Panel Façade; A 174-slot façade puzzle, hand-carried and multi-lobby.
Water Facility; Two phases — pumped base, then a crane-built wall.
Water Facility 2; 18 underground pipes across three trenches, no fixed order.
Sidewalk Repair; Loader digs the pit, tip trucks haul it away, paving goes back down.
Lumber Stacking; 218-slot hand-carry from finite distributed piles.
Plank Decking; 91-slot decking work.
Wall & Roof Assembly; 98 slots — 60 hand-carried walls, 38 crane-placed beams and roof.
Crane Haul; Two-phase cross-zone haul from pile to truck bed to drop.
